Travel Instructions

A shuttle bus will be running from the Goulburn Mulwaree Council car park on Clifford St to the main entry of the event (Goulburn Historic Waterworks).  No public vehicle access beyond this point.  There will be 10 accessible parking spaces outside the main gates. 1 accessible space is available at the shuttle pick up location at the council car park on Clifford St.

 

Entry Instructions

Entry is via Marsden Weir off Fitzroy St, next to the Gehl Garden Centre. Once you turn in, there is a car park leading to large cream metal gates that will be open, with someone there to collect tickets. You can also purchase tickets here with either cash or eftpos.  Please note due to location of the market stalls there will be no internal shuttle bus.

 

After Entry Instructions

Our market stall area is located along the roadway as you walk through the main gates.  Continue on this road to reach the Pumphouse Museum and entertainment area.  There will food available in the top level up a short but steep hill, however there is also Devonshire Tea served by the CWA in the School House Tea Room that has wheelchair access.  An accessible toilet is located 10m on from the Tea Room. A newly built ramp and railing will allow those with mobility concerns to access the riverside directly.

 

Hazards

A large portion of the event ground is crushed granite, which may provide challenges to some attendees but staff and volunteers will there to assist.

 

Toilet Directions

An accessible toilet is located 10m on from the School House Tea Room. A portable accessible toilet will be placed at the edge of the accessible parking area next to the museum.

 

Accessible Parking

10 accessible parking spaces will be allocated in Rotary Park car park before the gates at Marsden Weir. 1 accessible space is available at the shuttle pick up location at the council car park on Clifford St.

 

Companion Cards

Steampunk Victoriana Fair welcomes those carrying companion cards while they are accompanying concession ticket holders, or a young person living with a disability.
