Historic Dance Delights is a Canberra based dance group that enjoys bringing historical dance to life and sharing that enjoyment with others. For this year’s Steampunk Victoriana Fair they will take audiences on a unique dance journey focused on dances from the Victorian era performed with a distinct Steampunk flair. Their programme will include popular dances from the 19th century such as the Polka, Mazurka, Waltz, Varsovienna and Shottische. Formation quadrilles, longways sets and couples dances were all popular in the 19th century and audiences will have a chance to learn a little about these styles of dances.
The Rocky Hill Musical Theatre Company is Goulburn and surrounds’ local musical theatre company, hosting up to three shows per year to entertain the community. Our productions are sure to provide you with an experience you will never forget, as we take you on a musical journey throughout time.
